We went on the CSL and SJDC tour today. Daniel was our tour guide. We had a great time. I unfortunately missed breakfast and became seasick during the boat your. I was sad because we missed lunch. It was a informative tour and our guide was wonderful and knowledgeable. A must do.

Charlie was a great tour guide with a lot of information. We booked the snorkeling and was not told this would last almost all day. We made several stops in town and snorkeling was only 40 minutes. We did not get on a boat like we were expecting and were taken to a very busy beach to snorkel. No beer was provided, it was not worth the money.

We had a great time with this company. Antonio was a fantastic tour guide and shuttle driver. He gave tons of great information about lands arch. Then glass boat tour was a excellent part of our tour package. We highly enjoyed how smooth everything was run and giving us the ability to stay in the city for shopping then returning to our hotel. Very safe and reliable for tourists. Thank you!

We booked the encounter tour, which included the tour of two towns as well as the glass bottom boat to the arch. Well. We didn't get the glass bottom boat, we didn't get the time promised to shop, and at the end, they switched us to a different car to send us back to the hotel. When I asked the new driver if he has our stuff which we left in the precious van, he kept on saying yes. But our things were not on the new van. When we mentioned it, he just ignores us and kept on going. It's not until the people we met on the tour told him, then he called the previous driver. We did get our stuff, but I did not appreciate all the 'small' hiccups and the careless attitude. Will think twice about booking another trip with them.

Just got back from a cruise and while we were in Cabo, we had a snorkeling tour with this company! What a wonderful experience. The tour guide had so much knowledge and did a fabulous job sharing, leading us around, pointing things out and photographing us the entire time! At the end of the tour he gave all 5 couples their own CD’s with the photos he had taken (no additional charge). Will definitely use this company again!!!!

First time in Cabo San Lucas and this tour was above and beyond! Our tour guide was Carlos. He was very knowledgeable on the history of Cabo. He spoke clear English and was very helpful person. He took us to Cabo's top locations and the boat ride was great. He also recommended home cooking foods in Cabo. The tour was great, I really recommend the Cabo Encounters tour !

My first time in Cabo was there for a destination wedding I stopped at the desk to inquire about activities, signed up for the Tropicat boat cruise, but from what I’ve looked up I paid double the price at the resort. Then on the actual tour my phone died but they had pictures they took I paid for the photos was told they would be emailed to me I never received my pictures. Guess I got ripped off twice!! It’s sad because I actually enjoyed the boat tour the tequila tasting was ok, but they had that every where you went even the airport not sure why I paid for that!! Wasn’t in the actual shopping area very long. Best part was the boat ride, just wish the pricing wasn’t so deceptive there is nothing with an actual price on it so it’s truly whatever they feel like quoting you. Not cool!
