We enjoyed the marriage proposal tour. We were in a unique position of already been married, but we got engaged and married during Covid, so we wanted to celebrate with this marriage proposal tour. Everything about it was absolutely perfect. However, they didn’t provide blankets which was unfortunate, because it was quite calls. We were freezing by the very end. They provided ATVs to drive us to the secluded private beach. Then we had a professional photographer take photos of us while a drone also did the same. Then we had a wonderful private dinner with a chef and sous chef in a tiki that was decorated so well with “I love you” sign, fake flowers (although you can order fresh ones), and a personalized sign with our names. There is also a nice display of flowers and pillows. Dinner for us included a delicious fresh spinach and raspberry salad, beef and shrimp and potatoes, and raspberry flavored chocolate strawberries. Overall it was a really good experience, except that it was very cold.

We had a blast! The ride was beautiful and thrilling! I would definitely recommend this tour! Our tour guide was amazing!!! Very knowledgeable funny and great with people! We loved the story of his mother and all the love she poured into the food she made as well as the natural resources they used to survive!! Thank you for making my birthday trip so very special! Balcazar (sorry I misspelled your name) Thank you Thank you!!!

We received the ATV excursion free as a result of attending a time share presentation. In the process of signing all necessary and expected agreements, they try to up-sell you on a better machine and insurance. We declined. You are required to place a 500 hold on your credit card in case of damages. What happened was they combined our transportation charges (18) with the 500 hold and the money was actually withdrawn from our account. When we called they said there was some kind of glitch and they were hoping customers would catch it and contact them. It has now been 2 weeks since our excursion and still no refund. The excursion itself was fun and we would recommend. Our tour guide, Kafaya, was fun and concerned with safety. They do expect you to leave all your belongings in a locker which did not make us feel comfortable. We had taken our passports with us in case proof of age was needed for our daughter. You are not allowed to take cameras either. They have photographers along the way that offer you their photos for 20 a piece at the end of the excursion.

Definitely worth it to get your own private guide and not be in a group of strangers. Our group is intermediate Riders and the tour guide fit our riding experience much better than just the general group tour. Plus you get more photos

This place was like an hour away from our resort but they provided free transportation. They forget to mention that they will pick up other customers along the way. Also, the return trip is based on when they will have enough customers to fill a bus. We had to wait an hour for our return trip. This location is also the King of upselling. We had free tickets to an ATV tour but our tickets were for small ATVs that were manual and could only go 20 mph. We had to pay 50 each for bigger ATVs. Prices are in US dollars and converting to pesos will cost more than the exchange rate. Cell phones are forbidden on tours so you are forced to buy their pictures at 20 a picture. ATV insurance is 35 each or a 500 hold on your credit card. The ATV rides were fun and lasted about an hour. The tour was 2 hours because we rested near the beach and at a halfway point so they could try to sell us on camel rides. The camel rides are not worth it but a picture with a camel may be worth it.

The ATV Experience was incredible! Although the check-in process involved some money shenanigans, once the tour started we were nothing but well pleased! The safety expectations and overview were explained clearly. Once the exploring started we were wisely split into two groups. I was in the more experienced group led by Damaris, who was AMAZING! Just wanted to share it was an exhilarating experience, and would highly recommend it to all tourists visiting the area! If you're into fast moving fun, on desert lands and beach... this experience is for you!! Ask for Damris!

The group that sold us this experience told us the tour was only guided until we got to the beach, however we were required to follow an ATV the whole time. In addition, the advertised high Horsepower Can am's had governors installed, reducing the top speed to 73. Overall a good time but expect it to be very controlled. Also no cell phones allowed, but us Americans are good at no following rules. We paid 620 US for 3 RC Can-Ams, but you can do much better if you negotiate.

Love Cactus. Fun for all ages. Great staff. Clean air-conditioned vans pick you up. Quick ride out. They take care of you from beginning to end. I have done all of the Cactus activities and would recommend each and every one.
