Cleanliness would be a 5. But customer service would be a 0 if possible. The wait for food or any type of service is ridiculous. The power went out for 12 hours one day and no type of communication as to why. My card would not work on their “system” but worked everywhere else in Tulum. Getting a taxi is unbelievable unless you meet someone! Last but not least at 7 in the morning during checkout she examines the room to a T and doesn’t see 2 wash clothes still in the basket. It’s in the shower....... says to me that’s protocol. I’ve stayed at many hotels and no it is not..... Will never stay again!

Amazing place to stay in Tulum. Rooms are so comfortable and spacious with a very fresh Mexican designs. Lots of colors everywhere. There is a restaurant call La Consentida on the down floor and they have so deciduous food and gave us 10% discount in all meals during our stay. On the roof there is a sky pool with a nice view and such a big area with camastros to lay down over the sun. Amazing place, we recommend it 100%.

es un hotel muy bonito muy comido camas para descansar y sobre todo el servicio. sin duda alguna volveré al hotel por el servicio que nos dieron en general lo recomiendo al 100%. y el servicio del señor mario gracias blue veleta-la consentida ️️️️️
Fue una estancia inorbidable habitacones muy comodas camas perfectas para descansar limpieza de primer niver y un staf super agradable muchas gracias regresare pronto.

Muy satisfecha de haberme ospedado en este alojamiento, las habitaciones espaciosas bien limpias y bien equipadas. El area de piscina con camastros donde se puede disfrutar de la agradable brisa. Ambiente agradable acogedor, sumado a esto nos hicieron 10% de descuento en consumo en el restaurante “La Consentida” del mismo complejo donde preparan deliciosos platillos y bebidas. Mi familia y yo estamos muy agradecidos por el buen servicio lo pasamos genial.
Es un lugar maravilloso diseñado para el descanso activo, la la cocina y el yakusy son nada menos que espectaculares y cuenta con un magnífico restaurante donde usted puede degustar platos de la más exquisita comida internacional y Mexicana a precios muy asequibles y servidos con elegante abundancia, las habitaciones cumplen todas las expectativas del más exquisito confort y la mayor privacidad, en resumen un lugar se ensueño.
