Very poor customer service... beware when booking directly in their webpage because confirmation time for pickup to airport is different from the time sent to local transfer operator.

I can't recommend BestDay Travel either, even though I'd really want to. They are merely a reseller of other travel operators at a hefty margin. I booked a trip through them for me and my two parents and chose the premium version (add 30 per person) of the two versions available. The experience was nothing like premium (unless you call a small sandwich of a size of newborn's fist a \Continental Breakfast\ or beer called \Alcohol Beverages and cocktails\), I even had to pay for bottled water and soft-drinks during lunch. After I reached out to customer service department by email they accepted the mistake, said they will fix it with the supplier and correct the information given to customers, but no refund, no apology. I believe it was all intentional. Do not book trips here, go to the web and go directly to the operators who organize the tours so that you know who you pay and what service you will get.

I used Best Day Travel to book two excursions onsite at the resort where stayed at Playa del Carmen from Alejandro Bawagan. On the day of the first excursion, the bus/van did not pick me up. When this was brought to the attention of the representative she tried to sell me a different excursion and was more than reluctant to provide a refund (I was told that she would have to call her supervisor and that there would have to be an \investigation.\). However, upon the arrival of Alejandro he instantly provided us with a refund… no investigation or call to the supervisor was required!! On the day of the second scheduled excursion picked up (yay!). However, after we departed the resort the bus made a u-turn and returned to the resort. Apparently there was some sort of mix-up. A family that purchased their excursion through BD Travel was asked to get off of the bus and another family that was late took their place. This aggravated me to no end because after an hour delay BD Travel returned for the family that arrived late. No attempt was made for the bus to return to pick up me up and I was EARLY!! I wrote up a complaint and was told that it was submitted to the BD Travel supervisor. To date (one week later), I have not received a response from the company. I realized that mix-ups occur during tours, however, when this occurs the company needs to have a person in place to manage the situation. BD Travel does not manage mix-ups well. The only saving grace was Alejandro who promptly honored my request for a refund. Although Alejandro was the bright star, his star did not shine bright enough for me to take a chance on using this company anytime, anywhere in the future. I would not recommend booking a tour/excursion.

FRAUDE DE BESTDAY: NO ME DIERON EL SERVICIO, Y SE NEGARON A REEMBOLZAR MI DINERO - Hice una reservacion ( código de reservacion MOZ2424363) para transporte del aeropuerto de Cancun hasta Cozumel. Al llegar al aeropuerto de Cancun el personal de Bestday NO encontró mi número de reservacion. Después de esperar más de una hora sin ninguna repuesta por parte del personal de BESTDAY tuve que pagar a otra empresa de transporte y despues de multiples intentos de que me regresaran mi dinero, simplemente me dijeron que no me podian reembolzar.
