Most of the times is a clean place with fresh water for the dogs. Sometimes it needs a little bit of maintenance, other than that is a great place for the dogs to play.

Short review: take your dog there at your own risk. Detailed review: Started out as a good idea, but has been slowly getting forgotten by local government so now there's really nobody in charge of the place. This represents a great problem because when a nervous dog bites another one and the second runs away or even defends itself injuring the attacking dog, the owner of the peaceful dog has to pay for the attacker's wounds. Happened to me just today. Is frustrating to pay for something like that now that there's even some sort of unofficial council that does nothing but misinform owners based on what they believe is good instead of promoting real dog care knowledge, but is really sad to see people taking aggressive dogs there irresponsibly and getting away with it (because there's no authority at all present).
